Peninsula One

Peninsula One is the first development in Select Group’s Peninsula waterfront master community in Business Bay. The official Select Group page describes a 36-storey tower, podium simplexes and waterfront simplexes surrounded by Dubai Canal, with a residential mix suited to urban professionals and families who want central access to Downtown Dubai. Homes include studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments, with larger simplexes along the water.
