The Acres Villas

The Acres is a standalone villa community by Meraas, part of Dubai Holding, set within the Dubailand district of Dubai. Conceived as a nature-led residential enclave, the masterplan weaves a network of swimmable lagoons, landscaped gardens and tree-lined trails between clusters of contemporary villas, giving residents a low-rise, green setting that contrasts with Dubai's high-density neighbourhoods. The Acres Villas tier within the community offers 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes designed around indoor-outdoor living, with floor-to-ceiling windows and double-height living spaces that open onto private gardens and pools. A central clubhouse and lagoon clubhouse, juice bar and retail offering give the community its social heart, while the wider plan reserves dedicated space for community amenities throughout. The emphasis on water and gardens is intended to make daily life feel resort-like, with residents able to walk from their door to a beach, a shaded trail or a landscaped park without leaving the neighbourhood.

Families are served by on-site community infrastructure, with a primary school, kindergarten and mosque planned within the development, alongside a Halo Park and a community park network. At the time of review the official project page lists the development as sold out, reflecting strong demand for low-rise, lagoon-centred villa living in this part of Dubai.
