Samara is a completed villa community in Arabian Ranches 2. The exact source page records construction beginning in May 2013, an estimated June 2015 handover, and completion in April 2015. The reviewed project images show the completed low-rise villa streetscape, pools, landscaped common areas, and family play facilities.

The page also states that Samara shares amenities with the wider Arabian Ranches 2 community, including barbecue facilities, children’s play areas, sports courts, gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, and tennis courts. The promotion keeps Samara as the specific DLD/public project and does not collapse it into the Arabian Ranches master community.
