Dubai Arch Tower

Dubai Arch Tower is a 41-storey freehold residential skyscraper in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), standing 153 metres tall and located in Cluster G of the DMCC master development. The project was developed by Aber Group, with construction commencing in 2005 and completing in 2009. It is one of the three towers in JLT Cluster G, where the two neighbouring buildings serve commercial functions, making Dubai Arch the cluster's dedicated residential landmark.

The tower contains 410 residential units across studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom duplex configurations, giving it one of the wider unit mixes in the JLT portfolio.
