Project Overview

DaVinci Tower by Pagani is an ultra-exclusive residential landmark in Dubai, developed by Dar Al Arkan through its international arm DarGlobal in partnership with the Italian hypercar manufacturer Pagani Automobili. It is the world's first residential tower with interiors designed by Pagani, bringing the marque's obsessive craftsmanship, bespoke materials and performance-inspired aesthetic from the road into the home. Conceived as an AED 800 million statement of luxury, the tower comprises a strictly limited collection of 80 residences and is crowned by a striking sculptural silhouette featuring a suspended globe-shaped element at its apex. Following a phased build and a fit-out programme timed to Pagani's exacting specifications, DarGlobal began handover of the completed tower in 2025, moving the Pagani living concept from concept to reality.
