25hours Heimat Dubai is the first standalone branded residential tower from the 25hours Hotels brand, part of Ennismore (an Accor company), debuting the lifestyle brand's signature design language in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Conceived around the German notion of "Heimat" - a sense of home and belonging - the development comprises 338 meticulously designed residences rising across a G+73-floor structure. Interiors are crafted by Studio Aisslinger in collaboration with 25hours co-founder Christoph Hoffmann, translating the brand's playful, artful and storytelling-driven hospitality into permanent living spaces. Developed by East & West Properties in collaboration with D&B Properties and operated under the 25hours brand by Ennismore, the tower brings a fully branded, service-led residential experience to one of Dubai's most coveted addresses.
